Some of our harvests will be carrot, bean, pea, parsley, dill, basil, tomato, cucumber, goji, alfalfa, lambsquarter, mallow, calendula, mullein, marigold & hollyhock .

Dr Marlenea LaShomb is a practicing naturopath physician who has spent a lifetime barefoot in the garden studying all edible plants including medicinal wild species. She is considered a gourmet herbalist bringing plants to the table in nourishing meals.

Mona Lewis, Founder of Paradise Permaculture Institute a Montana Corporation for education of sustainable, edible gardens and landscapes. Mona is a certified instructor of Permaculture Design Consultant through two organizations; Midwest Permaculture and Gorgeous & Edible Landscapes.
